We accept all major credit cards. Sorry we are not set up to accept personal checks or cashiers check for online purchases.

Why can’t I find products that I’m looking for?
We create new and innovative products thru out the year and must discontinue some of our other products. If you are looking for a certain product and do not see it on our website, please give us a call and we will be glad to let you know if we have any in stock.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders placed before 12:00pm Pacific time will be processed the same day, all other orders will be process the following day. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we may be out of an individual item, at which we will notify you of the delay in the processing time.

Does primal elements ship to Hawaii, Alaska or International?
Currently we are only shipping to the continental United States but we are working on expanding our shipping region. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada please contact us and we will be glad to get a freight quote for your order.
